| 10 Acid Reflux Tips |
Acid Reflux And Protonix Q: Will Protonix or Nexium help my heartburn. A: It will since this drug is one in the family of proton pump inhibitor drugs. PPIs are the most powerful drugs for your heartburn. They reduce acid in your stomach by more than 90% to the level which won't hurt your esophagus but still will be good enough to digest the food. Heartburn And Apple Cider Vinegar Q: Does Apple Cider Vinegar help acid reflux? A: Maybe. Some people swear by it. But there is no medicinal evidence that it helps. Read this article for more information about how Apple Cider Vinegar can help you. So it worth a try. Heartburn And Honey Q: Does honey helps acid reflux? A: There is no medical evidence that it helps heartburn. But it can help lots of other medical conditions which could have caused acid reflux. So if honey doesn't hurt you should use it. Raw and unpausterized honey is the best. Acid Reflux And Lump In Throat (Globus Hystericus) Q: What is Lump in the throat and what could be causing it? A: Lump in the throat (Globus Hystericus) is a common complaint that many patients have when presenting to their ENT (otolaryngology-head & neck surgeon) doctor. The lump sensation in the neck is most often described as "annoying," but not painful. The sensation is more pronounced when swallowing and may even interfere somewhat with swallowing whether it is solids or liquids. Often a person may feel compelled to swallow a second or third time to make sure things get down. The lump itself is described to be roughly the size of a golf ball and is precisely located in the middle of the neck right above the sternum and below the Adam's Apple. Heartburn and acid reflux definitely can cause it so try some PPIs and see if they help. If PPIs doesn't help then most probably the cause is in anxiety. Heartburn And Throat Clearing Q: Is acid reflux related to throat clearing? A: Yes and no. Heartburn may cause throat clearing because your throat could be inflamed by acid. But if you're on PPIs and don't have heartburn symptoms and ENT says that everything is fine with your throat then it could be just a bad habbit. You should work on getting rid of it. Try control throat clearing reflex and it should go away. It can take several weeks though. Acid Reflux And Apples Q: Does Apples help Heartburn? A: Apples are acidic fruits so there is no clear evidence that they should help heartburn. But several sources on internet claim that certain kinds of apple help acid reflux. Heartburn And Burping Q: Is burping caused by Acid Reflux? A: It maybe. Though there are multiple other conditions like aerophagia which can cause burping. Work with your doctor to discover exact reason for it. Try elimination diet. Acid Reflux And Caffeine Q: Does caffeine increases heartburn? A: Yes. It is clinically proven that caffeine relaxes LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and causes heartburn. So switch to decaff coffee or cocoa. Read this article about caffeine to know more about it. Heartburn And Baking Soda Q: Does baking soda helps acid reflux? A: Yes. Certainly baking soda and any of the previously mentioned neutralizing agents can be used to treat GERD. These medications are very safe to use in the recommended doses. However, stronger therapy is often needed because GERD is a chronic disorder and the symptoms tend to recur very frequently, often many times per day. Acid Reflux And Beer Q: Does beer cause heartburn A: Yes and No. Some kinds of beer will make it worse while others won't. Unfiltered wheat beer seems to be the safest for heartburn. | Vince Carter Dunk or How to Dunk Like Air Canada |
So, you have seen Vince Carter dunk over the 72 French center Frederic Weis? Right. You have seen Air Canada dunk on Alonzo Mourning. And you heard about Vinsanity touching the top of the backboard? Right, the guy has mad hoops - he just jumps out the building! But hey, there is one good thing about jumping - its not about genes or how tall you are. Its about work! You can learn to jump and you can learn to dunk! But there are some basic secrets about increasing your vertical many people dont even think about. Maybe because they sound quite simple. But they are crucial as well as effective. So, if you want to increase your vertical and go up like Air Canada here are the five Vince Carter Dunk Secrets: # 1: Loose Weight. Every pound counts. So every extra pound is unnecessary weight you have to get up in the air. And this costs a lot of energy. Even Michael Jordan had a stiff fitness workout just to avoid the extra pounds. The best dunkers in the world are athletic but at the same time quite skinny. Note: they never look like bodybuilders (s. also secret # 3). Examples? Vince, Gerald Green, Air Up There, Mike or James White. How to loose the extra pounds? Just cut the desert. # 2: Use the Jump Rope. The two time NBA Slam Dunk Champion Jason Richardson, last year winner Nate Robinson and Vince Carter have constantly used this element in their training routines. Its not only a perfect exercise for your coordination and quick feet but also one of the most effective for boosting your vertical jump real fast. # 3: Dont train too much! Yes, thats right. Why? Because a lot of people are highly motivated at the beginning and start building muscles like bodybuilders. Thus they become heavy and attached. They try to jump, realize the extra pounds and loose motivation. How to avoid this? Dont ever spend more than 30 minutes a day training your vertical. Otherwise you are in danger becoming too heavy. # 4: Not the number of repetitions counts but the quality of your execution. Jumping like hell maybe ok, but not effective. Instead your should rather pay attention to your jump-motion. The technique is crucial. Make sure that you use all of your power and dont forget to use your arms. Note: One clean jump with full strength is better than ten half-assed consecutive. Besides Air Canada Gerald Green is a perfect example for a clean execution. # 5: Stretching before and after the workout. A lot of people just cut that element. But the flexibility of your muscles is essential for your jumping ability. Thats why it is a basic element of Vinsanitys day-to-day workout. Next time you watch Vince Carter dunk just pay attention how pliant his body is. Unlike Kobe Bryant who build up a lot of muscles over the last years and lost some hoops and speed that way - Vince always attached importance to staying quick and versatile. These tips are just the beginning, for more details and if you seriously want to increase your vertical I highly recommend you to visit http://www.howtodunk.org/secrets |

| How to Use Scrapbooking Eyelets |
Love the look of eyelets on scrapbooking pages, but not sure how to attach them without ripping or tearing your page layout? Attaching an eyelet to a scrapbooking page isn't difficult if you follow certain precautions to not only protect your page but also your work space and table. Once you master using eyelets in your scrapbooks, you'll be surprised at how many ways you can use them to highlight and enhance your layouts. Eyelet Scrapbooking Tools Before you get started you will need to assemble a few tools for attaching eyelets. First, you need a small hammer. You can find small ones made especially for scrapbooking at your local craft store. You also will need an eyelet setter. Scrapbooking manufacturers now make a variety of eyelet setters. The best way to choose one is to watch what others are using at your next scrapbooking crop. Make sure the setter is the appropriate size for your eyelets. Eyelets come in 3 different sizes. Make sure your setter can accommodate the size you have chosen for your page. An anywhere hole punch is another essential tool for attaching eyelets. This is different than the hole punches you may have used in school or in an office. An anywhere punch is not limited to punching holes only in the sides of a paper. It allows you to place a hole anywhere on the page. To protect your work surface, you need a self-healing cutting mat. When you are pounding the eyelet into the page, you can easily damage wood, laminate and glass tables if you don't have a hard surface that can withstand dents between the paper and your table. You could choose to purchase an eyelet setting kit from a scrapbooking store. These come with a hammer, anywhere hole punch and eyelet setter. Some also come with a small self-healing cutting mat. How to Attach Scrapbooking Eyelets To begin, use a pencil to lightly make the spot on your page where you want the eyelet. Use the anywhere hole punch to make a small hole. The punch will have a small tip at one end that cuts the hole in the paper. Place it against the paper, and use the hammer to give the other end of the punch a firm tap. Hold your eyelet so the rounded, colored edge is up and facing you. Insert the other side into the hole on the paper. Carefully turn the page over so it is face down. Place the eyelet setting tool on the eyelet, and give the end of the tool a few taps with your hammer. Turn your page over, and your eyelet should be attached to your page layout just where you wanted it. Use eyelets just as you would any scrapbooking embellishment. They work well to anchor or lace ribbons on a page and to attach charms. Try using an eyelet in a page title to dot letters like "i" and "j." Once you start using scrapbooking eyelets on your page layouts, you're sure to find many uses for them. | Tig Welding Titanium Tips |
Tig Welding Titanium is cool. But a half ass effort is a sure way to ruin an expensive product. Lets face it, can you think of anything made out of titanium that is cheap? From Mountain bikes to Big Bertha Golf drivers to Aerospace parts to Medical implants, Titanium is used because of its unique properties like high strength to weight ratio and unreal corrosion resistance. And Titanium is not cheap. You only get one shot at welding titanium. Once you screw up, you cant get away with just welding it again like you can with stainless steel. Usually, the entire weld needs to be removed and sometimes that just plain ruins the product. There are 3 big mistake people make when tig welding titanium: Using the wrong filler metal - Trying to weld titanium with anything other than titanium turns the weld into a hard as glass material. You can hear it cracking before it even cools off. Not shielding the weld puddle adequately - When Titanium gets red hot, it loves to suck in all kind of impurities like oxygen and hydrogen. Once this happens, you are screwed, glued, and tattooed. Game over. The weld has to be removed. Not cleaning the metal - porosity is a problem when tig welding titanium. Anything on the surface like oil, or dust, will cause porosity. Strict welding codes like American Welding Society D17.1 have very strict limitations on porosity. But the good news is that Tig welding titanium is really no harder than welding stainless steel if you follow cleaning and argon shielding procedures to the letter. | Push and Pull - Russia Vs the West (WWIII) |
Strange if not peculiar, everyone is on the bandwagon to punish Russia over the cliff for invading Georgia, which had cause to do so, now we find they used cluster bombs against their own kind, this is no-good news-history will report the truth after it is all said and done, it always does, and as I said before, we will be finding out more truths as time goes by, and the longer time goes by, the more guiltier Georgia is, and its trouble making president, that has brought the west to the onset of WWIII; everyone things Russia is kidding, when they say take our pick between hem and us. We are not playing any longer with a wild card in our packets, and Georgia is not worth the price everyone is paying, and if the folks of Georgia want to back up their president, let them do so, but now with American money, weapons or protection. I for own see no gain in it, only loss. And to be truthful, there is no moral victory here; it is a stain on us from the beginning. Why we are there I don't know. Anyhow, so everyone in the west wants to punish Russia (or perhaps it is just Georgia and the United States) and no one is talking about punishing China who invaded Tibet, killed a million or two Tibetans, and had the world go to their Olympics. What kind of massage is that to the world, to Russia, to China? Perhaps the European side of the world is more important. Perhaps, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, and all those other Asian countries could care less, Even South Korea says nothing. Perhaps China knows how to silence these countries, and therefore, shut America up. Whatever is the case, it is a double standard. They belong to the WTO, with the US's blessings, and we talk about stopping Russia, over a country with a ruler like the they got in Zimbabwe. China is less of a friend than Russia, and may even end up in due time, at war with Russia, or comrades in a way against the West, they do have a long boarder with Russia, and think alike in many ways. We should realize, Russia does not think like the west, it never has, and we all know it, yet we all try to wipe the stripes off its back. When I want to make a friend out of someone, I allow them to be who they are, and except them for who they are. And deal with it from that perspective. You can't change people, or a people, you change yourself, to adjust, or get out of their town. We were doing the best we could do, with a people half subdued, and that was pretty good. Now we are doing not so well, and soon doors once opened will be shut. There is another world out there besides America and Europe. South America once pro North American is leaning towards Asia and Russia and he Middle East. We will lose them soon also. I'm sure there are many factors involved here, there always is, greed being number one, stability being in there someplace, and preventing the inevitable. Whatever the case is, we must feel better dealing with Russia, because we act braver with them than China, I mean, would America really go to war with China over Taiwan? I don't think so, unless we are crazier than they. We may find out in future time, America is hoping to get out of that commitment I bet. Soon China will own that part of Asia, and then what? I think Russia has pulled back as much as it intends to do, and push into such countries more willing to support them, and keep the money flowing, countries like Venezuela, and Cuba, and Iran. They can do more for Russia, than little Georgia, and China can use their oil, they need it bad. The big loser, Europe. See Dennis' web site: http://dennissiluk.tripod.com

| Internet Marketing - The Do's and Dont's |
Being patient is one of the major keys to internet marketing. Do you think Rome was built in a day?! It's the same with any business. It takes time to be recognised, to get traffic, to be successful but when that day comes you have the world at your feet! When beginning internet marketing there are some known do's and don'ts, follow them and you'll be on your way to becoming a successful internet marketer. DO NOT 1. Blow your entire budget on one marketing technique.... This is as good as giving your money away, you need to vary your methods. 2. Place one ad in one place and then give up thinking it doesn't work! Successful internet marketers use several marketing methods all over the internet. 3. Be dishonest. This is such a simple one but so many people fall into the trap of doing this if things aren't working for them. It really isn't worth it. Trust is everything. 4. Quit - If you don't want to fail then don't give up! You'll reap the rewards if you put in the effort! DO 1. Be Patient - probably the most important 'Do' of internet marketing. 2. Track your results - if something is doing well you're going to keep doing it or more of it. If not try something else! 3. Communicate with your mentor and your team. After all that's what they are there for and believe it or not they do benefit from it as well. 4. Have a good time! If you don't enjoy doing it there isn't much point! Have fun along the way! Some people think internet marketing is difficult but if you just take into consideration simple points like this it can make life a lot easier!! Meeting New People One of the greatest ways to meet new people after a divorce is to get back together with some of your old friends.Often times during a marriage, especially one that is failing, we neglect our old friends and lose touch with our social lives.Connect with them again. Not only will they be an amazing source of support for the divorce, but going out with them is a great way to meet new people. You will have the opportunity to meet some great men and you will be having fun the whole time.In this way, you don't have to worry about seeming desperate or going out alone to meet new people! Take Advantage of the Internet The internet has improved many different things, including our ability to meet wonderful people in our area.Find a post-divorce support group in your area, or a dating community and join. This is a great way to get to know someone before you go on a first date! You also have the opportunity to meet someone who is close in age to you or has similar backgrounds.Sometimes, dating someone else who has been divorced is easier because they understand what it's like. However, you don't have to limit yourself in that way, either. The internet is a great way to meet new folks in your area and find great new friends. Don't Be Afraid of a 'Type' of Person One thing that many men and women do after a divorce is avoid a certain type of person because their ex seemed to fall into that type. This could be a big mistake.Just because your ex was this 'type' of person doesn't mean all of these people are like your ex.You might be very attracted to business savvy, executive type guys or outdoorsy, adventurous men.Don't limit yourself by thinking that these types of people are all equal to your ex simply because he had the same interests, job, etc.You could meet someone who is absolutely the person you want to stay with for the rest of your life! Remember not to limit yourself and to make the best of your new found freedom!Follow the above suggestions and tips for dating after 40! Are you looking for online divorce support now? | SEO Writing Rates - Why $100 Or More Per Article is Possible |
Would you believe that getting $100 per article or more is possible for SEO content. When you consider that many SEO copywriters take on $3 per article writing gigs, you may be thinking, "How is this possible; what do I need to do to get even $50 for an SEO article?" To answer this question, this article will detail some overall practices SEO copywriters should follow to get more for their writing expertise. SEO Copywriters: 2 Things You Can Do to Break the $100/Article Mark (I) Bottom Line Rate: Every freelance writer should have a floor beneath which they will not go, ie, a bottom-line rate. Making this a standard practice will make it easy to determine which jobs to accept and which jobs to turn down. And, this is especially true when it comes to evaluating "bulk" job opportunities. In internet marketing, many clients present SEO copywriters with bulk projects (eg, 10 articles and 5 blog posts for client site "X"). Many SEO copywriters, especially new ones, salivate over these types of opportunities, but waver when it comes to how much to charge. Offering a discount for bulk projects is great, but don't work for slave wages. (II) Know Your Stuff: SEO copywriting is a fairly new industry. As such, you'd think that SEO writers would be able to charge a premium. This is not the case. However, SEO copywriters who know their stuff can charge a premium because clients can immediately sense that they know what they're talking about. In many cases, clients are unaware of all of the practices, rules and guidelines around SEO (eg, black hat tactics, keyword discovery, site navigation, keyword density, etc.). If you're an SEO copywriter, it's incumbent upon you to study SEO so that you can not only offer your clients value for their money, but offer them a range of services. Becoming a one-stop, SEO shop can lead to more business than you can handle. SEO Copywriters: Key Internet Marketing Services You Can Offer What are some key internet marketing services you can offer as an SEO copywriter? SEO Article Writing, Meta Tag Writing, Blog Posting and Article Submission for starters. There are quite a few others. Forward-thinking SEO copywriters know that getting paid $100 for an SEO article is less about the rate, and more about what it represents -- their expertise in internet marketing and SEO concepts. About the Author: Yuwanda Black is a freelance SEO writer and the author of How to Make $250+/Day Writing Simple, 500-Word Articles. Ms. Black says, "You can work from home as a freelance SEO writer and make hundreds of dollars a day. I'm proof!" | Bike Rack Options |
A bike rack is a frame used for holding a bike in position and protecting it from theft. These are commonly used on vehicles and in garages. Some of the bike rack options are roof mounted bike racks, rear ball/hitch mounts, trunk racks, wall mounted bike racks, folding bike racks, spare tire mount racks, front bumper bike racks, and tandem carrier bike racks. With an array of models available, one can choose a rack as per his individual requirements. Bike racks are used for the protection of both the bike and the vehicle. A roof mounted bike rack is frequently used, and it is ideal for carrying bikes in cars, trucks, and other similar vehicles. A roof bike rack can hold up to four bikes at a time. Some roof mounted bike racks come clamped with a camper roof and are used as a conventional roof rack for sports vehicles. Rear hitch-mount racks are another commonly used type. Rear hitch-mount racks, better known as receiver hitch racks, can carry up to five bikes. To carry one or two bikes, rear ball-hitch mount racks are ideal. A vehicle with a high front end can use a front bumper rack, and this rack can hold up to five bikes. Trunk racks can hold up to three bikes, and are safer than other racks. In addition to these, there are spare tire mount racks to mount a spare tire in the bikes. Wall mounted bike racks and folding bike racks are some of the bike rack options that help save space in a garage. Bike racks are usually used on vehicles such as cars and trucks. All the bike rack options are available in a wide rang of sizes, styles, and budgets. For those who want to shop from home or office, bike racks can be ordered through the Internet.
